Inspiring children today to build our future in space tomorrow

Young children love space – with its astronauts and rockets and robots and planets and so many more AMAZING things they don’t get to see every day. All of those things rely on science and technology and engineering and maths.

The aim of the Primary Space programme is to set children on a path to becoming the future skilled workers in the UK space sector and other high-value industries need to drive economic growth.

The programme was piloted in 2018 with the University of Sussex in Brighton, with plans to launch a future national programme.
